Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Power Unlmtd Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Power Unlmtd provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, paid advertising, content creation, brand strategy, and analytics. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required for service delivery. Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for their project. Power Unlmtd retains the right to use work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Power Unlmtd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
