If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and, where appropriate, revise the deliverables at no additional cost.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered as outlined in the service agreement
- A project is cancelled before work has commenced
- Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Ad spend paid directly to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Services that have been fully delivered and approved
- Setup fees and onboarding costs once work has begun
- Custom strategy and audit reports once delivered
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at contact@powerunlmtd.com with your service agreement details and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
